We provide security checks on your home.

We realize that your home is your castle, therefore we will visit it as often as you wish to ensure the security and protection of your property and possessions. During each visit thorough exterior and interior security checks are conducted. |

Exterior checks ensure that the doors and windows of the house, garage, sheds, vehicles and other property is secure from the outside. The interior checks are more comprehensive and include inspections of the heating system, plumbing, fridges, freezers, etc. As the security of your home is of the utmost importance to us, several steps are taken during each visit to ensure its security and give your premise that "lived-in look". |
Hawkeye's Home Sitters® will:
- change the position of drapes
- set-up light timers
- have a radio/stereo come on periodically
- close/lock gates
- check for sewer back-up/flooded basements
- ensure all eaves troughs and down spouts are connected
- respond to alarms
- provide emergency response during floods, hail storms, cold spells, heat, waves, high winds, heavy rains, etc.
- put garbage out routinely
- avoid sewer gas back-up by maintaining water in floor and sink drains
- consider any other special request that you may have.
